  • Sometimes a restart is all you need

    Try restarting your computers or connected devices, and also reboot your router & ONT (unit supplied by Northpower Fibre):

    • Switch your router & ONT off at the wall.
    • Wait for 30 seconds, then turn your router & ONT on again.
    • Restart your computer or connected devices, wait at least five minutes, and then try using the internet.
